Cancellation Policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I strive to accommodate my clients as much as possible. However, due to the time and effort involved in preparing for each appointment, I have a cancellation policy in place. If a client cancels their appointment within 24 hours of booking, they will receive a full refund. However, if a client cancels their appointment after 24 hours of booking, they will only receive a 60% refund of the total booking amount. I appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope that you will notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
